Jaxon Plus Two More

It seems that I have become the mother of 3. Jaxon has developed into a very imaginative boy and also a little bit of a tattle-tale. What a day when the two combine!

Meet Dinosaur and Elephant.

They joined our family Christmas morning. Until now they have been wonderful friends to have around. Never made any noise, didn't cause any trouble. Perfect little companions for Jaxon.

Today Dinosaur and Elephant sat in the corner for multiple offenses. How did I catch these plastic monsters in the act? Well, Jaxon told me...of course!

The offenses:

  • "Dinosaur ate mommies plant!"

  • "Elephant jumped on the couch!"

  • "Dinosaur and Elephant are fighting!"

  • "Dinosaur said 'kill'!"

  • "Elephant run away from mommy!"

With each offense the accused was placed in the corner to have a "time-out". Before they could resume play, Jaxon made sure they had given Mommy a hug and kiss and had said "sorry" for whatever it was they had done to warrant a tattle.

It makes me wonder...if Jaxon knows all these things are wrong, WHY does he keep doing them?!?! It's actually quite simple. He's two!
