All In A Day's Work

Today was quite the busy day. It started off with Ryker's 2-month well check with the pediatrician. His current weight is 9 lbs 12 oz (10th Percentile) and 23 inches (50th Percentile). The doctor reassured us that he is "thriving" and that he is growing at a steady rate. There is absolutely no need to worry. So we won't. Or at least we will try not to. He will just continue to be our little peanut. Besides, I kind of like having a baby that will fit on my lap! Yet he could fit on lap even if he was 4 lbs heavier!!

"I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!"
Jaxon purchased his first popsicle from the ice cream truck. He loves to buy things with his money. At one point all his money was being saved for his mission. Now it's for an Optimus Prime toy. Kids.

The rest of the day was spent working in the yard getting the holes dug for our fence. The fence man and Brian would dig the holes.....and Jaxon would come and fill them in, er, the holes would magically fill themselves....."It just did it all by itself!"

So Brian and Jaxon would dig out the hole....again.

My cute little "worker guy"How can any 3-year-old possibly leave a hole alone? It just can't be done, I tell you. Can't. Be. Done.
