We had our first "Meet and Greet Your Teacher" yesterday morning at the church (seriously, how did he grow up so fast??). Jaxon has expressed in so many terms that he is NOT going to be a sunbeam, at least not willingly. When I had to coax him out from under the table to come meet his teacher I actually started to worry about the whole transition from Nursery to Primary.Good news, folks. One of his teachers happens to be one of his former nursery teachers, and he kind of has a crush on her....in a big kind of way. Today went without a hitch. No complaints from him or his teachers. Well, that is until you try to sing the Sunbeam song. Or mention that he is now a Sunbeam. Point taken. There will be no more singing of said song or mentioning the name of his class. As long as he goes and is happy we're all happy.
